Workshop Liability Waiver & Participation Agreement
By registering for and participating in a workshop hosted by KrisBrig Creative, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
Participation in workshops may involve the use of tools, materials, and equipment such as hot glue, candles or heat sources, scissors, floral wire, adhesives, paints, and other crafting supplies.
These activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to burns, cuts, allergic reactions, or other injuries.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with workshop activities.
Participant Responsibility
Participants agree to:
• follow all instructions and safety guidance
• use tools and materials responsibly
• exercise reasonable care during participation
Participants are responsible for notifying KrisBrig Creative of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect participation.
Minor Participation
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise specified.
A parent or guardian registering a minor agrees to these terms on the minor’s behalf and accepts responsibility for their participation.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and hold harmless:
KrisBrig Creative LLC, its owners, instructors, assistants, employees, volunteers, event hosts, venue partners, and affiliates
from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Venue & Conduct
Workshops may be held at third-party venues. Participants agree to follow all venue rules and release venue staff and affiliates from liability related to workshop participation.
Participants are responsible for their behavior, including alcohol consumption where applicable. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund or credit.
Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. KrisBrig Creative and venue partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Photography
Workshops may be photographed for marketing purposes. By participating, you grant permission for use of your image unless you notify us at the start of the workshop.
Agreement
By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver and Participation Agreement, as well as the KrisBrig Creative Workshop Policies.
