Workshop spaces are limited and reservations are required in advance. Your seat is confirmed once payment has been completed through our website.

Workshop Cancellation & Credit Policy

Due to the preparation, materials, and limited seating required for each workshop, all workshop registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, we are happy to offer one of the following options:

• Credit toward a future workshop
• A take-home project kit, if a kit version of the workshop project is available

Workshop credits may be applied toward any future KrisBrig Creative workshop.

Because materials and supplies are purchased in advance for each attendee, refunds are not offered for missed workshops or cancellations.

If you cannot attend your workshop, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help arrange a credit or prepare a project kit when available.

If KrisBrig Creative must cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.

By registering for a workshop, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

Workshop Changes or Rescheduling

KrisBrig Creative reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to:

• insufficient attendance

• instructor illness

• venue issues

• severe weather or emergencies

If a workshop must be cancelled or rescheduled by us, participants will receive either:

• a full refund, or

• the option to transfer to another workshop date.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the workshop begins to allow time for check-in and setup. Workshops begin promptly at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals may miss part of the instruction.

Participation & Safety

Our workshops involve crafting materials and tools such as adhesives, floral wire, wire cutters, scissors, candles, hot glue, and other supplies.

By attending a workshop, participants acknowledge that:

• crafting activities may involve minor risks

• they agree to participate at their own discretion

• KrisBrig Creative and the hosting venue are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of tools or materials.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise specified.

 

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and hold harmless:

KrisBrig Creative LLC, its owners, instructors, assistants, employees, volunteers, event hosts, venue partners, and affiliates

from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses that may arise from participation in a workshop, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This release includes, but is not limited to:

• personal injury
• property damage
• allergic reactions or sensitivities
• accidents occurring during workshop participation

 

Venue Partner Protection

Workshops may be hosted at third-party venues such as wineries, cafés, breweries, event spaces, or other partner locations.

Participants acknowledge that these venues are providing space for the event and agree to release and hold harmless the venue owners, staff, and affiliates from liability related to workshop participation.

 

Responsible Participation

Some workshops may be hosted at venues that serve alcohol. Participants are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly and complying with all venue policies.

KrisBrig Creative is not responsible for the actions or behavior of participants related to alcohol consumption during or after workshop events.

Participants who appear intoxicated or behave in an unsafe or disruptive manner may be asked to leave the workshop without refund or credit.

 

Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. KrisBrig Creative and its venue partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

 

Photo & Media Release

Workshops may be photographed or recorded for marketing purposes.

By attending a workshop, participants grant KrisBrig Creative permission to use photos or video that may include their likeness for promotional use on:

• social media

• website content

• marketing materials

If you prefer not to appear in photos, please notify the instructor at the beginning of the workshop.

 

Handmade Project Disclaimer

All projects created during workshops are handmade and unique. Variations in color, placement, and materials are part of the creative process.

KrisBrig Creative cannot guarantee identical results to sample photos.

 

Agreement

By registering for a workshop, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver and Participation Agreement.*

 

*Workshop registrations confirm that the participant has read and agreed to the KrisBrig Creative Workshop Policy and Liability Waiver. Completion of workshop registration constitutes acceptance of this waiver.
