Workshop Cancellation & Credit Policy

Due to the preparation, materials, and limited seating required for each workshop, all workshop registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, we are happy to offer one of the following options:

• Credit toward a future workshop
• A take-home project kit, if a kit version of the workshop project is available

Workshop credits may be applied toward any future KrisBrig Creative workshop.

Because materials and supplies are purchased in advance for each attendee, refunds are not offered for missed workshops or cancellations.

If you cannot attend your workshop, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help arrange a credit or prepare a project kit when available.

If KrisBrig Creative must cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.

By registering for a workshop, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Participation Acknowledgment

By registering for and participating in a workshop hosted by KrisBrig Creative, you acknowledge that craft activities may involve the use of tools, materials, hot glue, candles, scissors, and other crafting supplies.

Participants agree to take reasonable care while participating and assume responsibility for their own safety during the workshop.

KrisBrig Creative is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur during participation in a workshop.

Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the event.
